ID Real Estate Partners represents Ben’s Kosher Delicatessen and Restaurant
Ira Z. Fishman and Dana L. Moskowitz represented Ben's Kosher Delicatessen and Restaurant on the renewal of their lease at 209 West 38th Street. Ben's opened its Manhattan location in 1995 taking over another Kosher establishment, Lou G. Siegel’s. With at least another ten years ahead, Ben’s of Manhattan will be undergoing renovations to the dining rooms, kitchens, washrooms, adding an accessible bathroom on the main level and upgrading the ritual washing area. Eric Gural of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, a partnership led by the Gural Family.
Richard Price Represents 1031 Buyer
222 West 37th Street Realty Corp. purchased 111 & 113 East 12th Street for $14.35 Million Dollars. The two recently renovated apartment buildings contain two retail units and six apartments. Richard Price of ID Real Estate Partners represented the buyer and Peter and Steven Sikora of The Corcoran Group represented the seller, Ivan Pavicic.
