Clifford L. Moskowitz
Cliff joined ID Real Estate Partners LLC in April, 2008. In his previous experience in real estate, he served as the exclusive leasing agent for approximately 200,000 square feet of commercial office space. He has also represented tenants in a wide array of industries and brings with him the unique knowledge of the growing commercial condominium and co-op market in which he transacted over 20,000 square feet of sales, representing both buyers and sellers.
Prior to joining ID Real Estate Partners LLC, Cliff was an associate at Winoker Realty Company, a commercial brokerage firm. He is furthering his real estate expertise by studying at New York University where he will obtain a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance / Investment. Cliff graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, the Young Men and Women's Real Estate Association and of the Real Estate New Leadership Cabinet for Israel Bonds. Cliff is a licensed salesperson in the state of New York.
