Dana L. Moskowitz
In March of 2008, Dana L. Moskowitz along with Ira Z. Fishman founded ID Real Estate Partners, LLC. The company specializes in the acquisition and leasing of Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Fishman will spearhead acquisitions, while Ms. Moskowitz will direct the leasing division. Mr. Fishman and Ms. Moskowitz will continue their successful collaboration which began in 2002.
Prior to starting ID Real Estate Partners, Ms. Moskowitz spent two years in Chicago as a Director at Bradford Allen Realty Services, a commercial brokerage firm. There she transacted leasing deals with tenants in the financial, medical, and creative industries and was also involved in expanding the company’s building agency portfolio. Ms. Moskowitz spent the first four years of her career in the Manhattan commercial real estate market where she served as the exclusive agent for two premier showroom properties in the Fashion District. Dana also transacted over 275,000 square feet of promotional brokerage deals in the Manhattan market with a wide variety of tenants.
Ms. Moskowitz graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts in Government. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and of the Young Men/Women's Real Estate Association. She currently serves as a Vice Chairmen of the Real Estate New Leadership Cabinet for Israel Bonds and as the Chairmen and founder of the Young Leadership Committee for Boys Town of New York. She is a part of the Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador Network and the Cornell Real Estate Council.
