Richard B. Price
Richard Price joined ID Real Estate Partners in the summer of 2009. Previously, Mr. Price spent 4 years at Winoker Realty Co. as a Senior Managing Director. He spent 18 years at Bernstein Real Estate, rising to the position of Senior Director. He began his real estate career at Helmsley-Spear, Inc. and spent five years there.
Mr. Price has worked as both a Leasing Agent and Asset Manager throughout his career in real estate. As a Leasing Agent, representing both landlords and tenants, in searches for new space, sublets/assignments or acting as a consultant, he has completed transactions for such retail tenants as Liberty Travel, Superior Sewing Machine & Supply, LLC and Satellite Airlines. He also has arranged showrooms and office leases for such clients as Kate Spade, Cygne Design, Kashiyama (USA), August Silk, Demetrios Designs, Urban Apparel Group, Norton McNaughton, Just Elle, The Green Team, Samuel Schulman Furs, Stallion, Inc., The Newmont Group, Jerry Sorbara Furs and Birger Christensen USA.
In addition, Mr. Price has arranged corporate offices leases for such firms as Workman Publishing, Archer Management Services, Geller Group, Ellenberg & Rigby, Aon/Albert G. Rubin Insurance Services, Robert B. Samuels, Inc. and William Dunnigan, Esq.
As an Asset Manager, he has overseen the operations of well in excess of a million square feet of space. The following are a sample of the buildings Mr. Price has overseen the operation of (both management as well as leasing): 1384 Broadway 1385 Broadway, 499 Seventh Avenue, 222 West 37th Street, 226 West 37th Street 150 West 30th Street, 352 Seventh Avenue, 48 West 25th Street and assisted on the following buildings: 1333 Broadway, 1350 Broadway, 1359 Broadway 498 Seventh Avenue, 500 Seventh Avenue and 512 Seventh Avenue.
Mr. Price is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island (1971). He has held a Real Estate License in New York State since 1980. He is a member of both the Real Estate Board of a New York and the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association.
